etuner.pl service deals with cataloging stream addresses public television stations, radio and broadcast cameras via the Internet.

§2

None of the servers belonging to etuner.pl not give any station located in the station directory.

§3

etuner.pl service is not responsible for the content of broadcast stations located in the station directory.

§4

The catalog stations are placed only those stations which are fit to live. All other stations where the stream has been previously recorded and now is playing, is not added to the station directory.

§5

Stations which will be changed or deleted the address stream can be removed or suspended from the directory where the station will be unavailable to users.

§6

Reported by users as inefficient stations automatically change the status of the disabled which makes it unaffordable for consumers.

§7

Registered account on the site etuner.pl provides access to full list of stations contained in the station directory, and provides options to help them play.

§8

The first activation of your subscription, and the extension of the registered account takes place immediately after the transaction is booked.

§9

Deposits made license applies only to maintain the account on the server.

§10

Service etuner.pl not charged any fees for activation or playback station located in the station directory.

§11

With a registered account on the site etuner.pl may use only the person who made the first registration of the account and to which you used to register your email address.

§12

It is prohibited to access your account information to third parties, sell them and rent for a fee, without the prior permission of the author etuner.pl site.

§13

The user who has the license fee is not required to make further continuation of the license fees.

§14

Unlimited accounts are granted automatically to users who have an active account registered over 3 years.

§15

E-mail address registered on your account, as well, and the email address that you entered when you registered on the site etuner.pl may be sent to advertising and other information.

§16

DEMO account recorded free of charge for 24 hours, the first of which will not be seen within 23 hours are removed.

§17

Inactive account after a period of 3 months from inactivation is permanently removed.

§18

Registered as unlimited account which will not be seen for a period of 1 year is permanently removed.

§19

Reclamation designed to return all or part of the license fee made possible only if the subscriber has made payments through a payment service DotPay.eu or PayPal.com. Complaining does not apply to payments made SMS. Complaints may be made only in the section "Contact Us" service etuner.pl (http://etuner.pl/en/contact) giving the reason for complaint. A complaint is taken into account within 48 hours of notification has been sent to the subscriber which is informed by e-mail.

etuner.pl reserves the right to block the account person who violates any provision of these Regulations, licenses, or adversely affect the site.

etuner.pl Service reserves the right to make changes in these rules.

Using all of our services and etuner.pl an E-tuner is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
